Gentlemen (and Yokley),
Here is the overview of next year’s golf trip. $300 deposit is due on 9/15. Payment via Venmo or Paypal can be submitted here. The trip will be paid in two payments this year ($300 on 9/15 and $1600 on 3/15), so there will be no onsite payment this year. If you know now that you won’t be able to make the trip, please let me or your captain know so we can start looking for others if necessary. Newsome is back in the fold next year, so we will either add another team or just have Nunu fill any vacant spots.
· 4 days / 4 Night Trip
· $1900 for trip includes:
o 6 courses including Ocean Course (Site of 2021 PGA Championship) and Harbour Town Golf Links (Site of HBC Heritage PGA Tour Stop)
o 3 bedroom ocean front condos @ Ocean One in Hilton Head (teams in each condo)
o Betting pool to pay out Trumbo Cup winners, 1st, 2nd & 3rd place for the Gisty Belt and game winners of each round (excluding Irish Rumble winner)
· Not included in price: Flights, Car Rentals, Caddie Tips, Meals & Drinks
· Two walking with caddie days (Ocean Course and Harbour Town)
· Flights should be booked for Hilton Head (HHH) for 5/1 and returning 5/5. Details to follow
· There will be an optional round for those flying in on 4/30. Details to follow
